The Idaho Farmers Market Association is a statewide, member-based association created to bring together resources and expertise from around the state to help farmers markets in Idaho thrive.

Our mission is to support and promote the sustainability of farmers markets through education, outreach and advocacy efforts that increase accessibility to local food systems for all Idahoans.

Our Scope of Action:

• Address market sustainability

• Educate the public about the benefits of local food

• Help markets reach new customer bases

• Provide support and assistance to markets

• Increase access to nutritious foods for low-income families

Our board members are all volunteers experienced in farmers market management, or they support markets through their professional work and personal passion for local food.
